Shutter Island

Kevin and I are going to see the movie this weekend but I had to read the book first.  Great book!  If you like pyschological thrillers, you'll love this one.  Definitely a page turner.  I can't wait to see it on the big screen.

Saw the movie today and it was really good!  It follows the book very well.  Go see it if you et the chance!

Playing in the snow

I don't think Spring is ever coming

Kev had to go clean off the satellite.

Bob really wants Spring to come too.  He's been sad lately not being able to go out and romp around the backyard.  Poor fella.

I was cleaning out my jewelry box earlier today and I found this.  Yep, me, Kevin and Billy.

Who would've thought back then that these two little kids would get married and have four kiddos of their own?  Too funny!

   The best was when I showed the picture to Mary Kate and she asked with an incredulous tone "How long have you two known each other?"

A good read!

I just finished a really good book and thought I would recommend it.  It's based on the story handed down through the author's family about her ancestor Martha Carrier who was convicted in the Salem witch trials.

Going to school

Apparently now that Quita has started sleeping on Emma's bed, she has to go to school with her.  This cat is really weird sometimes!

The bookends

Mary Kate and Maggie sat in the same chair yesterday morning at different times and I got a couple of really good pics of them.  I don't know if it was the lighting or what but they just turned out really cute.
