Emma really loves Curious George. Katty has been really sweet and checking out Curious George books at the school library and bringing them home to read to Emma.

One pampered pooch

The weather has really cooled down in the last few days, and last night was very chilly. So this morning when I got up at the God awful time of 5:30, Bob looked cold and I threw a blanket over him. Well it must have been all he needed because he stayed there until 8. What a life! Oh and the pillow was already there when I threw the blanket on him.

A lot of goofy pics

This kid is nutty!
No she didn't get hit in the face.
Wrestling with the little ones.

Hope it was a good secret.

And now for some goofy pics of Bob running. He is seriously the fastest dog I have ever seen!

1 year anniversary
Wow, I can't believe it has been one year to the day that I started the blog. I'm actually surprised that I have kept it going. I really didn't think that I would like it, mostly because I am not very comfortable sharing things with people. Last night Katty and I sat down and looked at each post starting from the beginning and what a difference a year makes! We definitely laughed at a bunch of them. It's funny though how you go through a whole year and you don't notice the gradual changes that take place until you have a point of reference. Yeah I have pictures from years past that I could pull out or access on our computer(since we don't print pictures off much anymore) but how often do you do that and exactly a year later after you've taken the picture. I think it is bittersweet watching your kids grow up (I say this now that Kevin and I have a full blown teenager on our hands). On one hand you can't wait for them to try something new and be their own person. On the other hand all you want is to keep them from growing up because each new thing is a step into independence. Anyway enough of my ramblings! Here's to another year in blogland! :)
